Our Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) interventions allow you to Control your Application Assets and Optimize the Organization of your teams.
We take care of the different maintenance categories, ensuring maximum availability (intervention outside working hours/days, on-call duty):

Telephone assistance / User support (1st and 2nd level): processing user requests and providing answers.

Adaptive maintenance: taking into account changes in the software environment.

Operational monitoring: controlling the execution of critical applications.

Corrective maintenance : (on-the-spot correction) or (bypass solution and future correction) of incidents/bugs/technical issues reported by users or operations.

Progressive maintenance (minor and major changes): taking into account the new needs of users.

Preventive or qualitative maintenance: guaranteeing the best level of operation and data quality, by implementing permanent technological and functional monitoring.
